Canada actually does something other than shoot syllables and fight like we used to.

Positive for Canada for doing the civilized thing but if anybody in this day and age is going to accept words on a UN sanctified or any global piece of paper for rich dwindling natural resources instead of heavy metal backup is deluded.

Good news. I agree its hard to trust the UN on onything. The UN makes our congress look good.
