The future of horse racing southern Alberta is up in the air - again. The United Horsemen of Alberta says there's not enough money to finish the track in Balzac. In fact, the project is about $80 million short.

Their biggest stumbling block was when Ralph retired and no one stepped up to continue financing their Millionaire life style since.
