    It's not a fair comparison. SARS was out before China told anyone it even existed and by then, it was too late.

    I think WHO has realised that they were way to harsh on SARS. So they tried being more relaxed about Swine Flu. Personally I think the WHO has done a very good job this time around.

    Harsh on sars? it was an unknown new virus. H1N1 is just a flu bug .
