More than 30,000 ordered to flee Santa Barbara wildfire

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - More than 30,000 people have been ordered to flee a wildfire that burned an eight-kilometre-long front above wealthy coastal communities by Friday, after another hot, windy night in which the fire chief said "all hell broke loose."
