A Quebec man whose wife died after the couple became lost in the mountains near a B.C. ski resort for 10 days is now suing organizations that he alleges decided not to launch a search for him.

    Well he should be awarded a sum. Then the RCMP, Golden SAR and Kick Horse Mountain Resort should counter-sue because buddy was a dumb ass and him and his wife chose to ski out of bounds.

    Even after he admitted his mea culpa right after this fiasco I said he’d be convinced to file a lawsuit by some sleazy lawyer.

    Personal responsibility has to be realized in this and have the case thrown out.
