Hubble to get final fix in complex 11-day mission

After years of delays and debate about whether the risks to astronauts outweigh the scientific benefits, the space shuttle Atlantis launches on May 11, on a final repair mission to the Hubble Space Telescope.

Hubble has been one of the most successful projects NASA has undertaken. It has also been the most cost effective as well.

I'm glad NASA is able to fix Hubble and extend its useful life.
