With all these population booms it's understandable that Toronto would face some hard times getting a job for everybody. Specificly in this time when jobs are collapsing.
The main reason why people use to live in Toronto was because there use to be a lot of jobs here.
It would be intresting to see how it plays our for Toronto in the long run.

Nah, honestly I never had that vision, considering I always saw Quebec as the center of the Canadian universe, but I digress. I used to live in Whitby, and I'm glad she is growing in such respect.

Quebec? why because of the Capital? I always thought Alberta was more of the center seeing how they got a lot of oil and contribute a lot of progress to this country. Probally even contributes most of the money that goes to Quebec Sepratist begging.
