The military tradition of nose art painted on combat aircraft has been resurrected by the ground crews who service Canada’s recently acquired CH-47D Chinook and CH-146 Griffon helicopters at Kandahar Airfield.

Awesome! I always liked the snarling mouth of teeth on attack planes myself, but the graphics were usually quite witty and funny too.

Anything to improve moral and individualize the equipment for the troops, didnt they also do that to tanks and such also or is that an american thing?
