QUEBEC — There are murmurs in business and political circles in Toronto and Ottawa that Jean Charest could be up to the job as next leader of the Conservative Party of Canada.

    Yeah well, King stevie is not going to allow any more elections, he can run his government as if he has a majority by threatening anyone who disagrees with him with a lawsuit funded by the taxpayer. So far the strategy works well for him, lousy for Canada.

    I don't think they understand too much of anything. I didn't know this whole "system of Canadian government thing" was so complicated and hard to understand.
