"While there are signs some moderate elements of the Taliban are worn down and ready to talk peace"

Great news, it's about time they are starting to get worn down. Hopefully they will eventually realize they are just sending men or should I say boys as they are recruiting boys now into the grinder.

The hardcore terrorists I suspect will only talk about peace when they meet there 92 World of Warcraft playing Virgins in heaven.

As for the bigger bombs, I only suspect that the most improved damage it will do is to the civilian population.

The bigger the bombs they make, the bigger the risk to civilians. Like the terrorist scum cares anyways.
