Only 100 Months To Save The Planet

    "Save the Planet??"

It should be save humanity, because after the ozone layer is gone and we are all microwaved by the suns cosmic rays, they planet will still remain. Maybe as an empty rock, but without us.

Ummm he does know that even if we drastically changed our habits tomorrow, it would take a while for it to have any effect right? This man needs to get out more.

Without pronouncing myself either in agreement or no with the man's political views, I am very disappointed to actually know his political views in the first place. This man is slated to be the Head of the Commonwealth, and the Head of State for 16 countries (including this one). As such, he should know that the Monarch is supposed to be a universal, non-political symbol of the Nation. He or She is not supposed to politicise the Office.

How could this loud-mouth ever hope to fill his Mother's shoes? For 57 years she has been as steady as a lighthouse, never making a single mistake. Whereas this oaf doesn't seem to know how to take a single step that isn't false...

I really hope we can find a way to skip him. His ascension to the Crown will be the final nail in the Monarchy's coffin, at least in Commonwealth Realms other than the UK herself.

I know it isn't a nice or good thing to say, but I really hope I don't have to call him my King or see him on my money. >_<

He's absolutely dedicated to the cause ain't he. 'Hob-knob' around the world on his jet and/or cruise ship giving dire warnings to the peons to cut back on the number of weenie-roasts and turn down the thermostats to just above freezing, thereby cutting hydrocarbons enough that Bonny-prince -charlie and his welfare grubbing family won't have to cut back at all. 'See, mate. That way it will all balance out'! FUCKING HYPPOCRITE!!!

His face must never appear on any money, anywhere. Can you imagine?

I for one think that, no matter who succeeds the Queen, She should always be on the $20 bill. As for the coins, we can put on them whomever. In any case, anybody can look respectable on a coin. The image isn't as detailed.

Even if, God forbid, Canada became a republic, I would fight till the bitter end so that the Queen would remain on the $20 bill. She has led the Commonwealth so impeccably for so long that she deserves at least that.

Someone said you should never predict the end of the world in your own lifetime because you'll either see it proven wrong or you won't enjoy gloating if you're right.

    Another reminder why their irrelivant.

No, if you get into the core beliefs of the Gaia worshippers you'll find they support genocide to reduce human populations to some arbitrary 'sustainable' level that will be administered by their Utopian and totalitarian government thaty they intend to impose on us.

Some even propose that humanity embrace voluntary extinction in order to save the planet and to restore ecological 'balance'.
