Police found as many as 40 bullet holes in a truck after a man was shot Friday afternoon outside a suburban Vancouver supermarket.

It's all under control. Wally Opal is telling us that the gangs have their own form of justice and he's going to stop this by cracking down on the media that's reporting it.

Till then, you might as well arm you'reself because the cops are too busy with speeders and other lawful, orderly criminals.
