Canadian Forces captain charged in the death of an unarmed man in Afghanistan will attend the military equivalent of a bail hearing at an eastern Ontario base on Tuesday.

    Sounds like the guys death was inevitable. I would much rather die quickly, than to die a slow and possible painful one

    Still there are alot of unanswered questions, why didnt the TCCC qualified pers attempt to save him? Why was the Capt alone when the shots were fired? Was there gun powder resdue on the deceased? We all just have to wait for the answers.
