Yes, you are. Soldier shoots unarmed civilian = Violation of the Geneva Conventions = Soldier is charged with Murder. The Taliban don't hold themselves to that high a standard.

oh right , in the MIDDLE OF A FIREFIGHT!!!. Sorry no sympathy at all for the dead person. Its pretty bad that we hang one of the very soliders who is risking his goddamn life every day, in and out, to make sure "our" way of life is protected.
You should all be ashamed of yourself. Get your own ass over there and do the job then.!

Semrau deserves the presumption of innocence, a fair trial and a vigorous defence. But, as much as I'm sympathetic to him, there has to be process and it has to be followed. We're a law-abiding nation and that's how we do things.
