If there was ever a country that could pull a fast one, we are it.
Yes it goes to show not many people at all pay attention to what Canada is doing. The only ones who really know what Canada is like are those who are deeply imbedded with us. The rest only give us a quick glance and make an assumption that reinforces their personal preconceived opinion.

Oh how I wish we had the political resolve to pull the fast one, it would certainly make others look at us with the respect that we deserve!!
Taliban dead. You'd think with all our history in war, and even peace keeping we would atleast by now prove that the CF are tough soldiers who don't give up and fight hard. Despite there major disadvantages of numbers, superior tech and fire-power.
We always get the job done, but because we spent most of our time helping countries across the globe. That image in history is never remembered.
I guess you can't have both the image of a 'peacekeeper' and retain a image of a warrior.

Canadians could chase Taliban into Pakistan in hot pursuit and get away with it. The US can't.
