Yeah, and Harper wasn't doing exactly the same by kneecapping his political opponents?
BS he has always wanted to cut PUBLIC funding to the Bloc. SO? he can't do that JUST to them so his intention was to cut it for EVERYONE.

All the polls in Alberta showed the public was for ending the taxpayer handout's to parties,think it was 93%
