fuck only in Canada can you confess to killing a police officer, get acquitted, and then be able to turn around and sue the department....sad fucking day...
It was self defence and the police screwed the pooch, big time.
if you agree with the decision you are as dense as those idiot fucking jurors, it can't be self defense...HE FIRED FIRST, were not in Texas. It should have been argued that he had premeditated the murder by having that firearm within reach when the police entered his house. It is a black day in Canada when a scumbag drug dealer can kill a PEACE OFFICER and then sue the department. sad sad sad.....
this was not an illegal raid the police obtained all appropriate warrants to enter the residence. Your damn right i support no knock warrants....you knock, you are inviting the scumbag to arm himself.
