U.S. President-elect Barack Obama has named former first lady Sen. Hillary Clinton as America's top diplomat on the world stage.

    I knew she would get some position but I never thought she we get State Secretary.

    She should have been Sec. of Health and Human Services. Her health care plan was better than Obama's.
