As far as I remember the story, the accused owned an ipod, was trying to steal another from a innocent victim, when he refused he was stabbed int he heart, where in the hell does racism fit? no where, he got what the hell he deserved, you can't cry foul if you blatantly infront of dozens of witnesses claim that you didn't purposely kill him.. that's a load of s#@^

"I knew I wasn't going to get justice," said the man's mother, who believed her son should have been found guilty of the lesser charge of manslaughter. "If I could have chosen (the jury), I wouldn't have chosen 12 white people."

Nice. Also, how could it ever be manslaughter? Isn't manslaughter an accidental occurance or something along that line? I mean this was a "You have what I want, give it to me or I kill you" circumstance. Isn't that different? Murder 1 or what have you?

So what the mother is actually saying is.. if there were blacks on the jury he would have walked and been given a gift card for the bay ... when are these people going to understand what it means to live here? the law applies to everyone.. no exceptions.

Shes just being a bitch. Let it be. She's overwhelmed with emotion that her murdering scum of a son (regardless of his race) will spend the next 30 years in prison.

ook she cried wolf, let's move on, nothing else to see here.

ps. She should be happy he's spending life in prison in Canada. Imagine jail in Jamaica.
