A mile and a half (two and a half kilometers) underwater, a remote control submersible's camera has captured an eerie surprise: an alien-like, long-armed, and—strangest of all—"elbowed" Magnapinna squid.

    Seriously though. There's till a hell of a lot of ocean that we know nothing about so getting suprised is just par for the course. Considering this is a new species though.. can we eat all the Koala bears now?
