P.E.I. can frolic in the snow on Islander Day

CHARLOTTETOWN (CP) — Prince Edward Island is getting a new holiday. Premier Robert Ghiz has introduced a bill in legislature that will make the second Monday in February a provincial holiday called Islander Day.
