The U.S. has offered Canada early delivery on new C-130J military transport aircraft, but the Defence Department has taken months to decide whether it will accept.

    Early delivery isn't an option, it's a necessity.

    It's good to see them not to just accept blindly though even though we need all new equipment in pretty much all three branches especially the air force. If the US has offered us something like this you really have to check it out thoroughly to make sure we're not getting bent over by them in the small print and conditions, something we have to do when we don't get respect we deserve down there.
