"Three psychiatrists testified Lee was delusional and didn't know right from wrong when he tricked his way into Tavares' room and stabbed him 28 times. "

Yup. Sounds safe to me. Is there anyplace in Quebec for this guy?

Geez, you get all upset over nothing. It's not like the guy stabbed his victim thirty times, you know. Twenty-eight stab wounds might have been accidental.

You should be a lot more .

You're quite right. It's an easy mistake and I'm sure many here often find themselves about to murder someone instead of simply cutting up the veggies for dinner. :D

It happens to me all the time. I'm standing in the kitchen slicing up some carrots when BAM! then next thing I know I'm stabbing some guy twenty times. Of course, I always apologize and help clean up the mess which makes it all better.

Just what we need roaming the streets............another criminally insane, homicidal maniac.

    Thanks alot.

But on the plus side, we all know that anyone released from prison or a mental institute never offends again. ROTFL

Not normally. The judge in this case should rot. In Canada it's be changed so that even if you are intoxicated, you choose to take the drug. If he was slipped it that's different. Judge should get the boot.
