Oil tank farm eyed as site for treatment of CRD sewage

The Capital Regional District says it's "seriously looking" at placing a sewage treatment plant at the site of an old oil tank farm on MacLaughlin Point in Esquimalt, rather than an existing pumping station at Macaulay Point.
