    what scares me, is how much Quebec gets!

    So it looks like the west will have to cover the rest, not that Ontario has not been there for the west but that is a small population Saskatchewan,Alberta,and BC to send equalization payments to cover roughly 27,000,000 people and Quebec take the largest chunk.
