Sundy morning buzz: Everyone’s sending me the audio clip now up on YouTube of Obama telling the San Francisco Chronicle he’ll make it impossible for new coal plants to be built.

Say Ziggy, you don't think that Obama will hurt the coal industry down there...

I want's to bankrupt the coal industry in the USA, he wants to ban dirty oil from Alberta and Canadian coal imports.

In 48 hrs Canada economy will be worth shit if Obama is elected.

Michelle Malkin? Gimme a break. She's a complete wingnut. Of course, that would explain the attraction for tritium.

They called these technologies "decades away". Are they serious?

nuclear has been used for decades (france gets almost all it power from nuclear), Wind is widely used in other nations, primarily Europe. Germany gets over 1/3 its power from wind alone.

He is simply saying that there are other alternatives out there that should be used because they are a much more sustainable and cleaner source of power.

That's interesting, though hardly surprising. It's just sad that people like this--so full of vitriol and hate--have so much proiminence in the media.

You don't have to read Michelle Malkin to find this story.

Here's 10 Pages of links from Google on it

My favourite is This One, because you get the normally edited sentence at the end of the tape where Obama promises electricity prices will sky-rocket under his plan.

Yeah, I'm sure Obama made a promise that electricity rates will skyrocket under his plan. That sounds exactly like the kind of thing a politician would promise.

    Nice photoshop.

Malkin questioned a security breach and the circumstances around Flight 93's crash. She made no implication of some vast government cover-up, or any of that nonsense generally associated with 9-11 truthers.

A bit far out, and certainly too much in favor of buzzwords and fearmongering, but she has helped keep me informed of several events I would not have known of otherwise. Don't disregard the story simply because she posted it.
