Poverty and inequality rates have increased rapidly in Canada since 1995, reaching levels higher than the average developed country, says a report from an international organization of 30 countries.

Must be the trickle down economy, you know those rich people (10% of Canadians) spending their money the rest of Canada can live a good life.

So why is the rich getting richer, and the poor getting poorer.

I guess the rich are not spending their money fast enough, huh?
