Early? That's not early. Heck, those of use who who live or have lived in northern Saskatchewan, first week of September is early for snow. If it hadn't snowed by mid-October, we'd be thinking "Where's all the snow?"

Wow, my area just missed it. I'm in SW Manitoba, and that's SE Saskatchewan.
But, I agree with Toro, snow *always* hits before Halloween.
If there is no snow blanketing the ground where I live by Halloween, I will be shocked.
