"The enforcement officer failed to fully consider all the evidence ... including the applicant's fear of being at risk if returned to Guyana," Madame Justice Elizabeth Heneghan said in her Sept. 17 decision.

Now why is this Canada's problem? Who cares if he is "at risk" in Guyana?

You guys act like this is the first time Canada shows sympathy for murderous scum, I can't even imagine how many terrorists are still allowed to stay in Canada and had reduced sentences or all the Hells Angels members that keep avoiding jail. The list can go on.

true, i didnt know Guyana was on the list of Axis of Evil countries
    or anything like that.

and anyway, it shouldn't matter; this scum doesn't deserve our protection.

Katwaru slammed the back of Darshand's head into a sofa. He choked him, threw him into the crib and tossed him onto the bed before his mother caught the boy as he bounced.

I'll buy the prick a plane ticket. Child abuse is one of the worst crimes imaginable, killing a child, however, is the worst crime in my opinion. this guy should not be allowed to stay, I say throw his ass on a plane back to Guyana and be rid of this child murdering monster. This guy does not deserve to stay, and I couldn't care less if someone murders this guy in Guyana. thats karma.
