Vancouver city council voted Tuesday afternoon to give a green light to low-speed electric vehicles.

just waiting for how much worse the traffic will become because of this.

40km/hr... over here, they would just run your ass right off the road.

actually bicycles are allowed to ride to the right, and whenever it is unsafe to ride to the right, they have the right to take the lane and hold back traffic.

it is amazing how ignorant of the laws, some people can be.
