The green people were holding this rally in Edmonton today.

EDMONTON ? Alberta activists held a rally in Edmonton to call for an investment in what they?re calling ?green collar? jobs.
Members of Greenpeace, the Sierra Club, the Council of Canadians and the Canadian Youth Climate Coalition were expected to gather in an Edmonton park to demand the provincial government turn away from things like the oilsands.

When they were told by reporters about Harpers plan to cut sales on new projects, one spokesperson said ? Harper can?t mess with our resourses, they belong to the people of Alberta?. Rotfl

    Well WTH do they want.

Interesting, Jack Layton would have us believe that Steven Harper is solely responsible for the expansion of the oilsands and the environmental affects.

Well we knew he had to do something Ruez, we'll just have to see how it plays out.If it means a new refinery or 2 here then that's not a bad thing. :)
