KANDAHAR, Afghanistan – Three Canadian soldiers were killed and five others wounded when they were attacked during a patrol in southern Afghanistan today.

    I hope they took out all of the Taliban that were in this attack. PDT_Armataz_01_19

    This is worry some though, if the Taliban are becoming proficient with anti tank weapons it could put a lot more soldiers at risk. This sad event has scored a major symbolic victory for the Taliban.

    We should send re-enforcements soon. I wonder if the French are sending their new Rafales for troop support yet???? Can they be called for stikes yet?

    The 800 Americans in the Maywan should help a lot, they dont have the same toys as the Canadians, but even having a solid presence in the area should disrupt the Taliban.
