Minesite boulder will mark Billy Barker's Victoria grave

Billy Barker, who struck it rich during the Cariboo gold rush but squandered his fortune and died a pauper in Victoria more than 100 years ago, will have a boulder from one of his early mines to mark his plain gravesite at Ross Bay Cemetery.
