The Indian mother and brother of the Sunrise Propane worker presumed killed in the massive propane blast were denied temporary visas to come to Canada in a desperate bid to find out what happened to Parminder Saini.

I think this is a Good Choice by Canadian officials - this time.

One family member to deal with the issue of bring back a body or find a loved one.

They arrive, they may want to stay as a family. More refugees
