    Why wasnt this child in care?
    This is heartbreaking, I just dont understand how anyone could do this to anyone, let alone their own child...and how does child services turn a blind eye to it...what the job to tough to apprehend a severely neglected child? too much paperwork?...Fuck this just pisses me off!!!
