NEW YORK - You've heard those criticisms that the Home Run Derby is boring and drags on for far too long? Here's an easy way to change that - just bring Josh Hamilton back every year. The Texas Rangers outfielder put on a must-see display of jaw-drop

If I was a new yorker I would have been embarassed by the reation of the fans. Yea, Hamilton was the one people wanted to win but to walk out when he was getting his trophy and to boo him after he was announced as the winner is unacceptable and displays the terrible character most new yorkers have, although they seem to take pride in their disgusting attributes. Further more ESPN cutting the broadcast right when he was being interviewed really pissed me off along with the presenter annoucing him as "jason" morneau. I guess this type of amateur BS can fly down south. another botched event and disrespect from our southern neighbours.

I agree. The fans reaction was atrocious, but then again it's NY and they take pride in being uncivil............just like the Red Sox fans.

I'm glad to see Justin Morneau spoke eloquently and was humble about his win even when questioned by the blonde bimbo with her written 8X10 cheat sheet.

Despite all that it was neat to see Josh Hamilton hit 28 home runs off of a 71 year old batting practice pitcher. I guess that was the real story and the one that'll be remembered.

I LOVED that his pitcher was 71 and I'm happy that i stayed up to watch most of it because its something that I will no forget for a long time
