Nice alarmist title...it sounds like Vancouver or Toronto is in missile range.

Iran isn't stupid. They know that five minutes after they launch, their country will be radioactive glass.

The title is still 100% correct.

Our soldiers in Afghanistan are just as Canadian as we are.

Frankly I would be just as pissed off if Canadian troops came under attack as I would be if the Iranians landed a missle in a Canadian city. The end result is the same... dead Canadians.

Fake missiles will not hurt Canadians.

We had Canadians in Air India and in the 9/11 towers and lots of Canadians still don't care. I somehow doubt that they ever will.

My point was, what did we learn from these events?

What's changed from Air India, where 300 Caandians died?
If they didn't screw up, it would have been 600 Canadians.
So far the only thing I know is we can't carry shampoos and pop on board.
The bad guys still got away with no enthusiasm to catch them, and the one we did catch was sent to his room and told not to make more bombs.
As far as I can tell, much of the east coast dosen't even recognise this as a Canadian problem.

While I appreciate that laws shouldn't be made on worst case examples, we are always more concerned with the rights of the thugs than we are the rights of the victims. You all flinch when someone with training wants to pack a handgun but no one cares that despots who curse us are given free conduct to build the worlds most dangerous weapons.

The second bomb blew up and killed 2 baggage handlers in Japan instead of blowing up in the intended aircraft. If that 2nd plane blew up that might have been another 300 people.

After 20 years and the moste expensive trial in Canadian history, we got one guy.

"The bad guys getting away has nothing to do with Canadian citizens"
Who else do we blame? Every step the prosecution made was hounded by civil rights lawyers. We care more for the 3 accused than the 300 dead.

If the charter is to blame, who wrote the charter and how can we fix it?

My point was we already had tragdy and terrorism and we learned nothing.
That was my point and it's a tangent to this topic.

LAWYERS do not represent ALL Canadian citizens! THEY are doing their .

There aren't many Canadians who care more for the terrorists. If anything, the most Canadians want is to be

That's the problem they should be pissed off and angry.

    Fair WTF is that ?
