A new fee will be levied on electronic goods as part of Ontario's recycling program, according to a report.

    Can you say cash cow? there are hundreds of electrical goods that are kept for years.. this is totally bullshit..

    Where I live in Ontario there are no recycling services... I doubt that will change with this new tax.

    Damn rights it does. We used to have "blue boxes", but the program was scrapped because it wasn't "cost effective" for our area.

    This fee is such shit. I remember people not buying things where i worked when told about it(Alberta). Sounds stupid but people are already pissed at paying enough for shit let alone more taxes.

    The fee also has not done one single thing as far as recycling programs go, had them loong before this tax. Just another cash grab
