    Saw a report on this the other day.

    It never cease to amaze the kind of crap that is being funded, at taxpayers' expense no less.

    Why am I paying so some fruit cake can fly a balloon over Texas? How's this a project Canadians are suppose to enjoy? How the hell can it cost $1.5 million to do this?
