The pedestrian was a guy from Kenia who was wearing headphones and didn't hear the chopper land right on him.

How the fuck could you anticipate a helicopter crashing in the middle of the suburbs? Are you saying its his fault?

Where do you get the blame from? It's an accident.
We have a couple of folks every year run down while their walking on the train tracks and that usually because they don't hear anything either.
I'm just saying that not hearing what's going on around you makes you less aware and the world is a pretty dangerous place sometimes.

"A friend and freelance photographer who rushed to the scene told the Globe and Mail newspaper the pedestrian was 23-year-old international student Isaiah Otieno from Kenya.
Isaac Hockley says the six foot, nine-inch Otieno was wearing headphones at the time and may not have heard the chopper tumbling toward him, tail-first. "

Apparently in BC you will have to scan the skies for falling aircraft when going out for a walk now. 8O You know your luck is rotten when a crashing helicopter lands on you!
