Canada's army is stretched almost to the breaking point and replacement stocks of equipment for Afghanistan have been used up, warns the head of land force.

This is a tragic set of circumatances with the final toll measured in wasted young lives. With no knowledge or experience in military affairs, Harper sent our troops into battle unprepared and under equiped for the mission. He will be rewarded, as were Mulroney and Harris, with corporate directorships, for selling Canada out to the USA corporation interests. He keeps the wonded and maimed lists secret, so we don't know the full extent of the tragedy. Rather than going to a posh seat as a director. he should go to prison!

o_O Try to have at least some idea about what you're talking about. The army was sent in while the Liberals were in power and it's poor state of affairs can be traced back to their mismanagement during years of power under Trudeau and Chrétien

Good luck finding a political leader in Canada with this in thier resume. Even if you do, many would denounce a politician with a military background as a military dictator-to-be.
