The Tampa Bay Lightning won the NHL Entry Draft Lottery on Monday night and held on to the top spot in the Stamkos Sweepstakes.

    another season where the leafs do poorly but not poorly enough to get a good draft pick , seems like this top pick always goes to a team from the southern states in a small market for hockey .
