Speculation growing that Gen. Hillier heading to retirement

With the NATO summit in Bucharest over and Canada confirmed in a combat role in Kandahar for at least three more years, there is growing speculation here among troops that General Rick Hillier will bow out sometime between now and the end of the summer.
