The loonie will fall to about 90 cents US later this year, and will continue to drop into 2009 to about 87 cents by the end of the year, according to the RBC report released Thursday.

    if these guys were always right the world would be perfect. With oil and grains strong the loonie will hold its own

    Governments want the dollar lower than the greenback. It helps exports and covers up low productivity.

    Perfect labour/socialist preferences.

    Probably correct.

    I'd be shocked if it fell below $0.80 anytime soon, though.
