Climate change likely played a role in three polar bears wandering hundreds of kilometres south to the Northwest Territories community of Déline, says a Canadian polar bear expert.

The indication is that this is proof of the almarmists claims of endangered Polar Bears was bunk. They are expanding their range due to pressure of record numbers.

We now have Black Bears wandering Southern Ontario---because of increasing numbers.

The way I heard it, the main reason a species starts to spread out from its territory is the species starts to thrive.
