Seal hunt protesters who claim their ship was intentionally rammed by a Canadian Coast Guard icebreaker, will be the ones to face charges, said Fisheries Minister Loyola Hearn.

Another reason the Coast Guard mandate needs to be re-thought, and ships and personnel equipped to be able to stop law breakers who are frankly unafraid to ram any ship they feel like or attack the livelyhood of folks in the sealing industry.
