At least 22 of the 98 wrecked vehicles repaired at the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia's Burnaby facility were bought by ICBC managers at rigged auctions, an internal investigation has revealed

    Auctioning off repaired vehicles might be one thing and giving employees an edge is another, but lying about damage over $5k is a crime they'd burn youre ass for. I think some managers were sacked for this. I think the NDP is really juts being stupid though.
