the high numbers for the western cities could be because they are growing so fast and have high populations of transients ? or new residents maybe ?

but know this next one is not politically correct but alot of the top 20 cities would have high native populations right ? , i know the 2 ontario ones ( brantford and thunder bay do )

...and I thought it was all those American wanna be rejects living in Alberta.

Sorry, the USA does not want YOU, just your oil.

They already have a bunch of Redneck Cousin Fuckers in the south, why would the USA want to be flanked by the same in the north.

I know some cops in Regina....they've seen some CRAZY stuff happen in the down town core.

A big problem they have there is that the city govt. and police leadership hobble the police force with all sorts of PC rules that reduce their effectiveness.

Then there's the whole issue of the urban reservation there...
