EUGENE, Oreg. (CAP) - The Environmental Law Alliance Worldwide has filed a lawsuit in federal court against the Creator of all humanity, claiming gross negligence following the collapse of a mine in Huntington, Utah that trapped six miners some 1,500 feet

It does deserve a more than anything else.

On the other hand, if the suit does go through God will be at a disadvantage; all the good lawyers are in hell....

Could god construct a case so water tight that god himself couldn't get a conviction? Who do we pick to be the jurors on gods trial?
Such a topic, I may switch from Amish Electician to Theological Lawyer.

It's not the Landlord who's at fault it's certain disreputable tennents who decided to have a house wrecker. He had a massive housecleaning once, to wash some of the riffraff away but they didn't get the message..........if you believe that stuff.
