WINNIPEG - The Manitoba government has declared the polar bear a threatened animal under its Endangered Species Act.

It would seem this green politician is relying on AL Gores sci-fi movie for direction.

Perhaps if Polar bears were patrolling the streets of Winnipeg, Manitoba's politicians would be more like the politicians of Nunavit......
